Base location to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Tetons. Swan Valley, Idaho. Custom Ranch Home on 3.5 acres with 300 feet waterfront on the upper South Fork of the Snake River, famous blue ribbon fly fishing. River deck with hot tub. Huge grass yard for many games (in garage). Covered patio with BBQ and outdoor dining and seating area. Private master suite and two additional guest rooms with their own living area and kitchenette. High-end finishes with Jackson Hole decor. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. Toiletries in all bathrooms, washer/dryer.
Local restaurants, grocery store, ice cream/pizza. Surrounding area has kayak/SUP rentals, ATV rentals, hot springs, horseback riding, mountain biking, microbrewery. This is our favorite place to be. We hope you love it there as we do. Doug and Karin

Summary: Incredible location, home, and communication with the hosts. The home is ideal for fly fishing right out the door and as a base for exploring the area. So many wonders nearby — including the Palisades Reservoir, a couple hour drive to Grand Teton NP, and our favorite recommended ice cream shop just 10 minutes away. The perfect place for our family of 6 to gather from Boise, Bozeman, and Wisconsin.

Summary: We came to the Jackson Hole area to celebrate our oldest son’s 30th birthday and cannot say enough great things about the property and the area overall. The location was perfect to combine fishing on the Snake River, horseback riding in Victor ID and hiking in Grand Teton National Park. After very busy days, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the deck overlooking the Snake River. The property exceeded expectations.

Summary: The pictures do not do this property justice! We were immediately captivated by the riverfront yard upon arrival, drawn to the deck and outdoor spaces before even thinking of going inside! The Snake River is mesmerizing!! Once indoors, it was perfect. Large, separate living spaces, bright, clean and comfortable. Amazingly stocked kitchen complete with all those incidentals you hate to buy but need to fix a meal- spices, flour, sugar, condiments. The owners were a delight- easy to work with, responsive and extremely intent on wanting to do anything in their power to ensure we enjoyed our time in their home. SC is a long way from Idaho, but if I ever return to the area, this is where I’d stay! No way to improve perfection!

Summary: We all live in Nevada and have fished the Flaming Gorge in Utah this time of year for many years. We decided to go somewhere different this year and are very glad we did. Beautiful area and the home was even better than we thought it would be

Summary: I cannot express how amazing this property is with words. You have to see it to believe it. The pictures just don’t do it justice. The entire set up of this house is perfect. From the bedroom layout to the outside porch everything fits together beautifully. We had 5 of us there for my 50th birthday fly fishing celebration. The house fit all of us easily! The fishing in the south fork was even better than we expected and will sure to make a return trip. We had a couple of very minor issues and Doug was extremely responsive to them. All in all a wonderful house and an even better location.

Summary: Spent the week here with my family. It was a beautiful location and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately it rained 3 of the days we were here so we didn’t get in as much fishing as we would like but we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
